Terms & Conditions

    1. Rental Agreement

    By booking a popcorn machine through The Popcorn Pop Up, you agree to these terms and conditions. The rental period is for the agreed duration stated in your booking confirmation.

    2. Booking & Payment

    Bookings are confirmed only after full payment has been received. We accept card payments and EFT bank transfers. A booking reference will be provided upon confirmation.

    3. Cancellation Policy

    Cancellations made more than 7 days before the event date will receive a full refund. Cancellations made within 7 days may incur a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the rental amount.

    4. Damage & Liability

    The renter is responsible for the machine during the rental period. Any damage beyond normal wear and tear may result in repair or replacement costs. A refundable damage deposit may apply.

    5. Cleaning & Return

    The machine must be returned in a clean condition as per the provided cleaning instructions. A cleaning fee of R250 may be charged if the machine is returned dirty.

    6. Late Returns

    Late returns will incur a fee of R200 per additional day. Please contact us as soon as possible if you anticipate a late return.

    7. Delivery

    Delivery is available within our service areas. Delivery fees may apply depending on location. The delivery address must be accessible for our vehicle.
